Group Class Policies

1. Rates for group classes are per person, on a 4 week cycle.
2. There are 4 classes per cycle, each class held once a week. The dates are listed at the top of the monthly Group Course Schedule. All classes must be completed within the specified dates for the cycle and may not be carried over from one cycle to another.
3. There is a registration fee for all first time students. The registration fee is waived for all continuing students who register 2 weeks prior to first day of the new cycle.
4. It is highly recommended that each student completes level 1 of social ballroom or social latin classes before attending level 1 of international classes.
5. No one will be admitted into a group class after the first 20 minutes of class, to avoid class disruption.
6. Students may not begin a group class later than the second week of the cycle. Each cycle will begin at the first Monday of the month.
7. It’s highly recommended that students complete at least three months at each level before advancing to the next level (See Self-Check Syllabus Form for advancement criteria).
8. Same instructor cannot be guaranteed for the duration of the group course cycle due to emergency, illness, etc.
   

Private Lesson Policies

1. Private Lessons may be shared by up to 2 people.
2. Private Lessons does not guarantee a private room. Private rooms are available on a limited basis by reservation for an additional fee.
3. Private Lessons must be paid for in advance before they can be scheduled and are nonrefundable.
4. Private lessons may be rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior. Private Lesson appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the lesson will be charged in full. The policy ensures that both the studio and the instructor have ample time to rebook that time slot.
5. Package must be completed by the designated expiration date.
6. Secondary instructors are assigned to cover primary teachers should the primary teachers fail to attend due to emergency, illness, etc.

**There are NO refunds! Studio credit will be issued for any adjustment in registration. Lessons are non-transferable.
